Inversion Tables:

An inversion table helps relieve the pressure gravity puts on your spine. It can help decompress your spine, increase the space between your vertebrae, and reduce the pressure on your spinal nerves. In addition, being upside dow and putting your legs above your heart can help realign your back and legs.

Inversion tables are designed to relieve:
Back pain
Neck pain
Shoulder pain

And help with spine decompression and alignment, leading to better posture.

FeetUp:

The FeetUp Trainer helps you achieve inverted postures in a unique and gentle way. Getting your feet up- or putting your heart over your head is easier with the FeetUp Trainer.

Additional Benefits:
The weight of your body does not rest on your head...it is evenly spread on your shoulders
