Client Guidelines

​

Packages of group sessions expire 45 days from purchase for 5 packs, 90 days from purchase for 10 packs, and 180 days from purchase for 20 packs.

Group sessions are limited to 6 clients. Clients must reserve a spot to attend a group session. Reservations for groups sessions open 14 days ahead of time and are on a first come, first served basis.

If you are unable to attend your scheduled group session, you must cancel your reservation at least 8 hours prior to the start time of your session. Late cancels (within 8 hours of session start time) or no shows (not showing up for your reservation at all) will result in the loss of that session.

 

Clients should be at least 10 years of age.

 

Our sessions involve use of therapeutic devices, strength training, and mat work.

 

For safety reasons, all clients must wear grip socks during their session. We have a selection of grip socks available for purchase if you forget to bring grip socks to the studio. Clients with long hair must tie their hair into a ponytail or bun while on the inversion chair. As you may invert during session, we recommend that clients wear a top that may be tucked in or will not expose your midriff or chest while upside down.

 

Clients must store all personal belongings including personal electronic devices in our studio lockers during their session. tekneklab is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

 

For the safety of yourself, other clients, tekneklab staff, and our community, if you are experiencing any of the following symptoms please make sure to cancel your reservation within 8 hours of your scheduled session start time and do NOT attend your session: fever, sore throat, body aches, or persistent cough. For everyone’s safety, clients exhibiting any of the above symptoms in studio will not be permitted to attend their scheduled session and will forfeit the session.

 

tekneklab reserves the right to terminate any client's session, package, or contract without refunding any money if the client has broken any terms or policies or engaged in abusive behavior toward tekneklab staff or other clients.

 

By signing this agreement, you agree to the guidelines above in purchasing and attending group sessions at any tekneklab location.
